Lloyd is a very friendly guy, very informative and willing to teach me what I need to know about a solar system. He answered my calls and return calls when he couldn’t answer in a timely manner. I believe his price was fair. His service is local. You need to look at his business before you go elsewhere

Lloyd and Lisa were truly a wonderful help when it came to helping my seller get her house sold after running into some issues from solar panels that another company placed previously. As a local Waco Realtor, I need to find partners in the industry to help me get deals done and Lloyd was very open and honest about what he do to do help us in our situation. Solar Waco and Lloyd provide excellent service – even when you're not their customer. Solar Waco didn't install my solar panel system, but the company that did went out of business. I called several companies trying to find someone who could diagnose and possibly repair an issue I was having with my system, but most companies only do repairs for previous customers. Lloyd was the only one I found willing to help. He said he'd be happy to send a crew out to look at my system, but before he did that, he recommended a few options to try first that would save me money. He was very knowledgable, and he took the time to help me when he certainly didn't have to – he even called me a few days later to make sure everything got squared away. Thank you, Lloyd.

The SolarWaco team did a remarkable job. They were very responsive, offered the best price on high quality equipment, and did the work when they said they would.
When we had a warranty issue on one unit, which they identified before we did, they notified us, ordered the replacement unit, and installed it without any issues.

Lloyd and the Solar Waco team took a personal interest in what we wanted and how they could best facilitate the results needed. Working with our electric company (which does not provide rebates) they carefully calculated the amount of energy needed to "break even" with our energy consumption. We just added a new pool so they are now calculating if additional panels may need to be added for the additional energy use. Professional, thorough, and didn't try to sell us more than we needed!
